For urgent orders, you can choose 👁️Commercial Express👁️, and we will prioritize your order for production and use faster shipping methods to expedite the delivery process.

👁️Damage Claims👁️:  
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please send a video (photos are not accepted) to our email: business@lkbird.cn.  
We will respond within 1 day (24 hours), excluding weekends and holidays.  
You can choose either a replacement or a full refund.

👁️Returns and Refunds👁️:  
If you need to return an item, please email us with the reason for the return at: business@lkbird.cn.  
We will respond within 1 day (24 hours), excluding weekends and holidays, and provide you with the return address.  
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.
