  📦 1. When will my order ship?
  
  LKbird products are made-to-order and shipped in the sequence orders are received. Typically, shipments go out within 2-15 business days. If there’s a delay, we’ll provide compensation.
  
  Custom orders take 7-20 business days depending on complexity.
  
  During busy seasons, delays may occur and will be announced in our updates.
  
  🚚 2. How long is the shipping time?

  USA/Canada: Usually 7-12 days

  European countries: 8-13 days
  
• 
  Other parts of Asia: 5-10 days
  
  Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or customs checks.
  
  📧 3. I placed an order but haven’t received tracking info yet?
  
  Don’t worry! Tracking numbers are emailed once orders ship.
  
  If you have questions, contact us at business@lkbird.cn or DM us on Instagram @lkbird.cn with your order number or name. We’ll help track your package ASAP.
  
  
  ❌ 4. What if there is a problem with my product?
  
  We’re very sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package and include a video showing the issue. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

  Yes, LKbird charges a flat $10 USD shipping fee for customers in the U.S. and Europe. This fee covers the full shipping process — from international air shipping to last-mile delivery and customs duties. ✈️📦

  If your total order exceeds $150, shipping is completely free.

  ✨6.Can I still change my order?
  
  You can first check the status of your order by contacting us via email at business@lkbird.cn or by sending a direct message on Instagram to @lkbird.cn.
  
  If your order has already entered the production process, unfortunately, changes can no longer be made.
  
  However, if production has not started yet, we’ll be happy to adjust your order as requested. We follow a “pay the difference or receive a refund” policy based on any changes in price.
  
  🎁 7. What does the packaging look like?
  
  LKbird’s packaging is inspired by the founder’s dream — a beautifully designed box that forms a complete artwork. Our packaging has received rave reviews, and some customers even order just for the box!
  
  Products come sealed in protective bags to ensure perfect quality and a fresh, clean impression for the very first wearer. Each eye is a unique charm, beautifully presented to you.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose your favorite product from LKbird and place your order as usual.
2. Once you receive the item, create original product photos or videos in your signature style.
3. Send us the raw video and image files for use in marketing.
4. We will fully refund your order, and depending on the quality and impact of your content, we’ll also provide a generous payment as a thank-you!

• The first prototype may take time and use up materials, so we may charge a small fee based on complexity.
  
• Once the eye is completed, we’ll send you both the final version and any test samples.

LKbird will help promote, publish, and sell the design we co-create together. Here's how the collaboration works:

• 📦 After 20 sales, we will fully refund the creation fee you paid.
  
  💰 After 70 sales, we will begin sharing a percentage of the profits with you.
  
  🌟 After 200 sales, we’ll be excited to discuss even bigger ideas and profit opportunities together!

1.Order Received
Once your order is placed, we begin by printing the base of the eye using a light-sensitive resin material known for its durability, anti-yellowing, and anti-oxidation properties.

2.Base Shaping
After printing, the base is carefully sanded and shaped into a perfect, smooth sphere by hand.

3.UV Protective Layer
A high-quality transparent UV resin is applied as a protective layer to preserve the base.

4.Iris Sculpting
The iris is sculpted using premium natural clay from the U.S. and Belgium. Each line is hand-carved with precision—every millimeter shaped stroke by stroke.

5.Color Application
German Schmincke pastel powders are used for coloring, sometimes mixed with rare specialty pigments. LKbird owns over 600 pigment shades, and each eye uses between 10–40 layers of color for rich, dimensional depth.

6.Pupil Creation
The pupil is individually painted and carefully constructed to add soul and focus to the eye.

7.Curing Process
The eye is cured for 12 hours, using both still air-drying and controlled heat baking. This ensures the colors stay vivid for decades—like a timeless, unblinking gaze.

8.Color Ring Detailing
Another layer of UV protection is applied before painting the colored ring around the iris.

9.Blood Vessel Detailing
For bloodshot eyes, realistic arteries and veins are hand-painted one by one, creating a lifelike, intense look.

10.Final Sealing
The final sealing layer is added—this gives the eye its smooth, glossy finish. It’s like dressing the eye in a perfect coat of crystal. Many say it looks so luscious, they want to eat it (please don’t—though we totally get the temptation)!
